Impact Ring - Moldavite and Gibeon Meteorite Inlay

This listing is for one handmade Moldavite crystal inlay Ring. With this custom ring, you can take your favorite crystals with you wherever you go and add a modern look to it. When you place an order, we make your ring specifically for you here in our shop in Colorado. Every ring we make comes with one of our custom made ring boxes as well!

This exotic ring is made with 100% real Moldavite. Our supplier receives their specimens directly from the Czech Republic which we then receive from them. Moldavite is one of those crystals that you can't help but talk about and this ring will definitely start conversations. Wear it and feel the energy emitted from this high-output, 15 million year old crystal. We didn't stop there though... what better material to pair Moldavite with than actual Meteorite! The perfect match. More specifically, we use pieces from the, older than earth, Gibeon Meteorite for this ring.

Moldavite is a form of Tektite which is the byproduct of a meteor strike in the Czech Republic which caused, what's now called, the Nördlinger Ries Crater about 15 million years ago. The heat from the impact melted the surrounding earth and flung it through the air. As it was flying, it cooled down and was scattered hundreds of miles. Because of the origins of this crystal, there is a finite amount left on the earth. It is estimated there is about 10 years left before all the Moldavite is gone making this crystal one of the rarest on earth.

The Gibeon Meteorite formed 4.5 billion years ago in the molten core of an asteroid that orbited between Jupiter and Mars. Following a collision with another asteroid, the Gibeon shattered and sent pieces flying towards earth. After crossing into our atmosphere, these pieces landed in what is now the Kalahari Desert in Namibia.

*Important Info*
Because of the surface properties of Moldavite, we take special steps when creating this ring to make it look better. Although we pack the ring with as much Moldavite as we can fit in the inlay, when a liquid is put on the crystals, they become almost completely transparent with a slight green hue allowing you to see through it right to the bottom of the inlay. (Think of light-green glass) We were not happy with how it looked so we decided to purposely put small micro bubbles in the inlay for a couple different reasons. It allowed us to give more of a small crystal look to the inlay and made some of the crystals more pronounced. A true piece of Moldavite has many small bubbles inside of it to begin with, so we thought it was a fitting process. Please refer to the above pictures as we want everyone to know what to expect when placing an order for this ring. There will be bubbles in it. We also, send a picture to you after all the crystals are placed in the inlay to show you what is inside your ring before we cover it.

We take crystals of varying sizes and crystal powder then creatively place them throughout by hand, making each ring one-of-a-kind and completely unique. After your ring is made, we apply a thin layer of high quality, crystal-clear hard resin over the inlay to protect your stones and waterproof the ring. We then polish the ring to a glass-like finish.

We love customization and in fact, encourage it. We want this ring to be as unique as you are. • Warranty •
With each ring, we offer a free lifetime warranty that covers the ring from defects and issues with the inlay. If anything should happen to your ring, we also offer basic repair services. Should you need either, please reach out to us for more information.

• Sizing •
Due to every ring being custom made, please make sure to give proper ring size as we cannot change it once the ring is made. We also do not offer any returns due to incorrect sizes given. We do however offer a discounted replacement if you need us to make another of the same ring upon return of the original. Return shipping will be paid by customer for this service. If being sized, make sure to ask to be sized for a comfort ring. We offer US sizes 7-12, no half sizes at the moment.

• Processing Time •
Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing plus shipping time. For all free US orders, we ship USPS.

• Care and Maintenance •
Hand wash with warm water and soap only. Do not leave submerged in liquids for long periods of time. Do not use with any harsh cleaners or solvents as it can damage the protective finish and inlay.

These rings are handcrafted and each one is one-of-a-kind. We hand pick materials for their size, color and quality and set them using high quality resin. Every inlay material is 100% natural and verified. When you place an order we keep you in mind the entire time we are making it. Due to the nature of the materials and resin, the exact color, hue and shade of the stones may vary slightly from the picture. Please look carefully at the pictures provided as they are the design in which the ring will be based on. Although we try our hardest, in some very rare cases, there might be extremely small micro-bubbles within the ring. These will not be easily seen.
