Refund, Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policies:

All Sales Are Final

Because all rings are handmade to order, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds after the ring has been built. Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. After placing your order, we allow cancellations for a full refund up to 24 hours after purchase. After this time, all sales are considered final and Monster Rings will not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for any products or services sold through Monster Rings. However, if you have an issue, please reach out to us and we will try our best to help you out.

Incorrect Ring Size Policy

As stated above, we do not offer any returns or refunds due to incorrect sizes ordered. However, in the event that you happen to order the wrong size, we do offer an exchange program as follows:

  • Ring will be returned to us in the same condition as it was received with all contents included to be inspected for damage.
  • After passing inspection, the original purchase amount, minus a 40% restocking fee for materials, will be refunded and put towards the purchase of the replacement ring ordered in the new correct size.
  • The remaining balance of the new ring will be invoiced to the customer and upon receipt, the new order will be placed as normal.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours after placing your initial order. After this time, sale is considered final and cannot be cancelled or ammended.

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

The only exceptions to our No Refund Policy include:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: In the case of items that are received defective or damaged, please report this within 7 days of receiving the item. In such cases, a replacement plan may be provided at the discretion of Monster Rings.
  • Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please notify our Customer Service within 7 days for a possible refund or exchange.
  • Incomplete Service: If a purchased service is not fully delivered or does not meet the predefined criteria as advertised, a partial or full refund may be considered.
  • Legal Requirements: Following applicable laws, any other conditions or circumstances where we are legally required to offer a refund will be honored.
