Q. How long does an order take to make?

A. Because every ring is handmade to order, normal processing time for every ring is 2-3 weeks.

Q. Are your materials genuine?

A. Whenever we find new inlay materials to use for our rings, we take extensive efforts to verify that they are 100% genuine. Once we find a supplier, we only work with them. So you can be sure all our rings are made with verified materials.

Q. Do your rings have a warranty?

A. We warranty the inlay of all of our rings from defects for the life of the ring. This does not include any damage or chemical damage that happened after the sale. But if you have an issue with your ring, reach out to us and we'll be happy to see what we can do to help you.

Q. Do you take requests or make custom rings?

A. We absolutely love making rings as unique as you are. If you have an idea for a crystal we haven't worked with or something you always wanted, reach out to us HERE and we'd love to work with you to bring it to life.

Q. Are your rings made in advance?

A. One of the best things about our rings is that every single ring is built, by hand, for you AFTER you place your order. We think it makes the ring that much more special and gives it a human touch. We build every ring we make with love and good energy that we hope transfers to you when you see it for the first time.

Q. What if I order the wrong size?

We always recommend getting sized first if you are unsure about the size you need. Do not use online "printable" sizers as they are rarely accurate. You can buy a very inexpensive sizing set on Amazon or even stop by your local jewelry store to be sized for free. In the event you do order the wrong size, please refer our exchange policy HERE.

What if I have jewelry sensitivities?

Every ring core that we use is Hypo-Allergenic. However, because everyone is different, if you're concerned about allergies/sensitivities, please reach out to us.
