Domestic Shipping

All US orders include free shipping through USPS Ground Advantage (3-5 business days)

International Shipping

International shipping will be chosen by customer at checkout. Customer is responsible for all duties and customs fees.

Processing Time

Because every ring is handmade to order, normal processing time is 2-3 weeks from date of purchase. Excluding public holidays. Once your order has been completed, a tracking number will be sent to the given email address.

Cancellations

After an order is submitted, the customer has 24 hours to cancel before processing starts. After processing has begun, the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.

Returns

All sales are final and return are not accepted.

Delayed Orders

In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For shipping delays, please first contact the shipping carrier for the items status.

Damaged Order

Monster Rings is not liable for lost or damaged products after the item has been placed in the shippers possession. However, should your order arrive damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days so we can assist you in making it right go over options we can offer.
